IMPERIAL-Newton Corp : ウィキペディア英語版 | IMPERIAL-Newton Corp
IMPERIAL-Newton Corporation is a US-based company that manufactures custom and specialized impact sockets, socket wrench and other large bolt equipment utilized for large industrial applications.〔("O.C. manufacturer moves to Colorado" ), ''The Orange County Register'', August 21, 2013.〕 ==History== IMPERIAL-Newton Corporation was founded in 2002 in Southern California as part of an effort to meet the needs for specialty sockets and wrenches by governmental agencies, aerospace and large equipment manufacturers. In 2009 the company relocated its headquarters to the State of Colorado, transferring nearly all operations to the greater Denver, CO metro area in the process. The company chose the Denver Technological Center (DTC) locale because of its notoriety as the headquarters of many well known industry leading firms, its nationally centralized location, enjoyable climate and a generally active lifestyle it offers employees. Several administrative and tax benefits over the business environment in California were also a major factor.〔 According to several sources, such a move is a step in the right direction since manufacturing in the U.S. is rebounding to be as resilient and robust as ever. To continue manufacturing's success in the U.S., a company ought to seek to create a business environment which facilitates progress. Such an environment helps the firm to succeed.〔Byan Iams, ("What US manufacturing needs to succeed" ), ''CBNC'',.〕 Such was the reasoning behind IMPERIAL-Newton’s relocation to Colorado, a move conceivably validated by the apparent growth and continued success since executing that decision.
